Over the past few weeks I've been amazed at the outpouring of support offered by those in our industry. Casting Directors are offering 1-2-1 sessions, theatre companies are running workshops - everyone is trying to do their bit to help each other through this and it made me proud to be part of a community that really steps up when it's needed. I'll be updating this page with links to some of those amazing things as/ when I see them. To get you started though here's what's happening:
https://filmtvcharity.org.uk/- The Film and TV charity. 24/7 support throughout the year for people in every corner of our industry
https://twitter.com/WeAudition - Faye Timby and Sophie Holland set up an initiative, #CastingCrushesCorona offering up 1-2-1 casting sessions, especially for actors who they've never met and graduates that had their showcases cancelled. They hold them on this site. You can also find a load of other workshops that people are very kindly holding for free
http://ntlive.nationaltheatre.org.uk/ - The National Theatre are going to put previous productions on Youtube for free viewing every Thursday. They'll be available for a week before the next one is uploaded
https://twitter.com/westendproducer - West End Producer created a Digital Drama Showcase for graduates whose showcases have been cancelled
https://twitter.com/TectumT - a new writing company encouraging actors to do a daily self tape to keep creativity ticking
